Clan Defense

Your clan is under attack. This is the way you should act:

DEFCON 5: Peace time

Peace time. Increase your Clan defenses as soon as you can, not forgetting to improve "Clan Territory" and "Allies" technologies.

Everything is connected, so improving "Clan Territory" science you can get more Scientific Treats, and improving "Allies" technologies your Clan members will be happier and stronger, killing more and stronger Runnics and Vaults and bringing higher level chests even from common, rare and epic cripts.

Never stop investigating.

DEFCON 4: You suspect someone could attack your clan

Ensure every superior knows how to act in case of attack.

Increase your focus on Clan defenses investigations.

DEFCON 3: One of your forts was taken

Once one of your forts is taken you need to be quick on:

1. Do not panic

2. Destroy the healthy Fort that is closer to your Capital. We will name this remaining Fort the "Pocket Fort" because it will be saved for later.
3. Ask for help in the Realm chat
4. Ask for help to Palace
5. If your clan is strong enough, send all your troops to the stronger healthy Fort. Perhaps they should send Brann with the Technological Bomb, which might increase the Fort defenses.
6. Send a message to the clan explaining the situation

The destroyed Fort will be used in further steps. Destroying the one closer to your city is a trick because it will be the cheaper one to rebuild.

DEFCON 2: All your forts fall and the (first) Capital shield is active

This is the current situation: your last Fort fall and the Capital automatically created a shield for 20 hours. It is time to:

1. Do not panic yet
2. Use the pocket Fort to build the pocket fort near the Capital and leave it there until attacked. If it is destroyed, you will have a second Capital Shield for another 20 hours (entering in DEFCON 1).
3. Reload the Capital Shield
4. Try to rebuild the rest of the forts. If you are able to rebuild one of them, destroy the the lowest level Fort again to keep a Pocket Fortn.
5. Spend as many clan resources as possible: Distribute Dragon Coins and Artifact fragments, upgrade Clan buildings and Clan Research

DEFCON 1: All your forts are down and the last Capital shield is active

1. Time to panic
2. Use any Clan resource you can, like decreasing Tinman level
3. Ask all your clan to fortify on the Capital. This is only possible once all the forts are down.

Everything is lost

If everything is lost and the Capital shield is near falling, perhaps it is time to consider the full self-destruction button:

1. Ask a friendly clan to attack your capital once your shield falls.

This strategy will end with the clan resources but at least will avoid the attacker to get any Clan resource and you will contribute to the friendly clan defenses.

Remember a Clan cannot be removed by another Clan, so you could start building your Clan Buildings again. Despite you will have no Clan resources, investigations will remain, and perhaps the nearby friendly Clan might help you on your begining with resources for the Clan reconstruction.
